Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Tall-O. They cover the Tall-O mobile app and the website at onetallo.com. If you do not accept these terms, do not use Tall-O.
1. Tall-O is not medical advice
Read this section carefully. Tall-O offers lifestyle guidance informed by publicly available growth research. Tall-O is not a medical device. Tall-O does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Tall-O is not affiliated with or endorsed by the CDC.
The height projection is an estimate. It is not a prediction of your real adult height. Many factors change growth, and no app can measure all of them. Talk to a doctor about any concern with your growth, your diet, your sleep, or your health. Never ignore medical advice because of something you read in Tall-O.
2. Who may use Tall-O
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher age for data consent, you need permission from a parent or guardian below that age. A parent or guardian who allows a child to use Tall-O accepts these terms for that child.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information. The projection depends on it.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at once if someone uses your account without permission.
- Do not create an account for another person without their permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not do any of the following:
- Break any law, or help another person break any law.
- Post content that is abusive, hateful, sexual, or that bullies another user.
- Post content about another person's body without their permission.
- Copy, scrape, or resell any part of Tall-O.
- Try to reach another user's data, or attack our servers.
- Use Tall-O to give medical advice to other users.
We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store, display, and distribute your content inside Tall-O, so that the app works. You can delete your content at any time.
6. The AI coach
The coach generates its replies with an AI model. AI replies can be wrong. Check anything important, and do not treat a coach reply as medical advice. The coach reads only your own data.
7. Tall-O Pro and payment
Tall-O Pro is a paid subscription. The app store that you buy through handles the payment, the renewal, and the refund. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel through your app store account, not through Tall-O. Prices can change, and we will tell you before a change takes effect.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Tall-O at any time. You can delete your data in Settings → Reset all data, or email [email protected] to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Our liability
Tall-O comes "as is". We do not promise that the app is free of errors, or that it is always available. To the extent that the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Tall-O after a change, you accept the new terms.
